Quotes prepared by CleanCo are valid for the period specified in them.
A service agreement is established only after explicit written confirmation from both parties.
On-site inspections and consultations are free of charge.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service prices are determined individually after inspection and depend on scope, complexity, and specific requirements.
All prices are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN).
Payment is made as agreed between parties — in cash or by bank transfer.

5. Client Responsibilities

Providing access to the property at the agreed date and time.
Providing accurate information about the property and special requirements.
Notifying about hazardous substances or conditions on the property.

6. CleanCo Responsibilities

Performing services with quality and within agreed timelines.
Using eco-friendly and non-harmful cleaning products.
Complying with health and safety regulations.
Insuring employees during the performance of their duties.

7. Disclaimer

Information on the Site is for informational purposes only. CleanCo is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Site or temporary service unavailability.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Site — text, images, logos, design — are the property of CleanCo and are protected by copyright law. Use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
